Another recruiting trip...another state capitol.
A big change from Montreal the week before (45 degrees N latitude to 30 degrees N latitude)
I was just in time for some record setting days tempurature wise. 107 on Sunday, 104 on Monday and 102 on Tuesday...the average is supposed to be in the 80s.

I just so happened to be in town at the same time as the popular Austin City Limits and Old Pecan St festivals. Unfortunately I didn't know about the former until I got there, but at least I went to the latter.
Basically just a couple of city blocks closed for live music, street vendors, and lots of beer. The main closed off street is 6th St, famous for it's bars and music.
