The next day we went to Providence, RI where my mom's side of the family is from. This is the only picture I took, from Fruit Hill. It seemed like a nice enough town, but nothing exciting.
I got to stay in the Fairmont Copley Plaza for work. It was pretty swank...your tax dollars at work!
It was a hundred years old and had cool twisty stairs.

Some how in Boston of all places Ann and I accidently found a redneck bar. There was a super loud country music trivia contest at the time, a nightmare!
Boston common gardens, it reminded me of Hyde Park in London.
