Chicago, IL

We then took a train down to Hyde Park, the site of the 1893 Worlds Fair, where like everything was invented. Also the site of the University of Chicago, its a mix of old eccentric people and youngins.

Philzilla. For some reason I took no pictures, but we saw a 9 year old totally school one of the "instructors" in how robots work, and watched baby chicks being born. Pictured is a big model train set.

The Chicago Temple, the tallest church in the world.

Next morning, we headed out to River North. It was another overcast humid day.

Old Town, the oldest part of town that survived the Chicago Fire.

We also visited Lincoln Park.
