The Basillica de Sacre Coere, you can see this gaudy church on top of the hill from far away in Paris.
The hill it's on gives lots of great views back... the eiffel tower is on the right and the Tour Monteparte is on the left.
Walk walk walk.
Back near our apartment, this is La Republique. One of the bajillion monuments around Paris that I have no idea what it represents.
But, it's close to the St. Martin's Canals.
Which are pretty neat.
We did like the locals and grabbed a bagette and some gross French beer (stick to the wine folks) and hung out by the canal.
