Shendendoah National Park, VA
One weekend in early July we decided to go to the Shenendoah National Forest and go camping. Its about 2 hours west of DC, and is an extremely beautiful drive along the Skyline Dr. But as with all national parks that are pretty and national treasure, there is a costly $10 entry fee.

There are lots of pretty overlooks of the Shenendoah Valley such as seen here.

We didn't plan on taking this picture, but some random guy insisted he take our picture so we could take his. Great shot, buddy.

Here is one of me looking like I despise nature. In reality I was probably fuming about the National Park Service and their stinking fees.
