Day 14

Depart: San Diego, CA, 9:20 am, Cloudy, 63 degrees

Today we drove from San Diego to San Juan Capistrano to visit Kelly's friend from high school, Elizabeth.

We had a good time, we went out to eat and then went bowling.

After we left San Juan Capistrano, we took some back roads to avoid the traffic, and ended up on a scary but cool mountainside. For those of you who are racing fans, this hill would be really fun in a sports car (super twisty and a 55mph limit), but going down the steep hill in the Blazer sucked. We arrived at Palm Springs after dark and had a great feast with Kelly's uncles.
