Day 26

Depart: Clarksville, AR, 9:15 am, Sunny, 38 degrees

Today we drove across the mid-south. We stopped first in Memphis.

Memphis seems like a pretty neat city. They have a big pyramid, which it turns out is a sporting arena. The NBA Memphis Grizzlies play there.

Memphis is proud of its claim to fame, and there was a giant Elvis statue in the welcome center.

We stopped in Graceland while we were in Memphis. Graceland isn't very impressive size-wise, especially compared to the Hearst castle, however it is a much more "moving" tour, and is run very well. Click here to see more pictures.
